Farnell element14 is a global high-service distributor of technology products and solutions for electronic system design, production, maintenance and repair. We are a well established UK originated company, celebrating the 75th anniversary in 2014. We are currently recruiting candidates for a role within our Sales Centre to grow our business in Czech Republic.

Market Development Specialist (with Czech)

As a Market Development Specialist you are responsible for acquiring new customers and strategically managing your existent account base to drive sales growth. You are encouraged to use a consultative sales approach, where you are empowered with finding the solutions that fit best your customers. It is a non-scripted role, allowing you to express yourself through your work.

Job Objectives:

• Acquiring and on-boarding new customers (not cold calling)
• Developing existing customer relationships via telephone
• Executing sales strategies using all tools available to efficiently manage and grow business
in a defined B2B account base
• Successful partnering with key internal functions like Marketing, Finance and Technical Support to deliver on the customer promise
• Reaching quarterly set sales targets.

Requirements:

• Fluent or Native Czech language
• Experience in a sales environment would be an advantage
• Customer focused with excellent telephone skills
• Passion for new challenges and positive attitude
• Fast-learner with a strong drive towards self-development
